Hyttekos Lodge guide > Travel to Kvitfjell
With great roads and train connections all the way from Oslo, the magnificent journey to Kvitfjell is both comfortable and fast.
The nearest international airport is in Oslo Gardermoen Airport, which is approximately a two-hour drive to Hyttekos Lodge. Oslo Airport is Norway's main hub, with scheduled flights to and from more than 100 international destinations. There are direct flights to Norway from many destinations in Europe and from the Eastern coast of the US.
Scandinavian Mountains Airport is about a three-hour drive to Hyttekos Lodge and Torp Sandefjord Airport is about a four-hour drive to Hyttekos Lodge.
Color Fantasy and Color Magic, the world's largest cruise ships with car decks, sail daily between Oslo and Kiel in Germany, departing at 2 pm and arriving at 10 am in both cities. The ships offer comfortable travel with a wide variety of restaurants and bars, spectacular shows, live music, disco, casino and a spa and fitness centre.
We recommend taking the train directly from Oslo Gardermoen Airport to Kivtfjell, which is approximately a two-hour journey. The train station is located right on the bottom of the ski-resort in Kvitfjell at Mæhlumsvegen 11.
