We're excited to host responsible guests like you. Before your arrival, please take a moment to review and adhere to our policies.

Cancellations are charged using the following scale:

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable accommodation deposit.
The final 70% payment is due no later than 42 days prior to the proposed date of arrival at Hyttekos Lodge.

A pre-authorization of NOK 6,000 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 4 days after departure.
The pre-authorization has to be completed before arrival.
The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 4 days after your departure.
We understand accidents can happen. Always report any accidental damages or breakages in a timely manner, especially before checkout.
If any damage to the property or its appliances is not covered by our insurance, the repair or replacement costs will be charged.

Minimum age: The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
Maximum occupancy: The chalet accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
No sublets or events: Sublets, hosting parties, gatherings, events and TV production is not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet and within a 10 meter radius.
Trash and recycling: Dispose of trash in designated bins at the bottom of the mountain.
Shoes off: Kindly remove your shoes upon entry to preserve our hardwood floors.
Using the jacuzzi: Please shower before using the jacuzzi and ensure the cover is placed back on when not in use.
Unregistered guests: Guests may have a maximum of two visitors during their stay, with no overnight stays permitted.
Respect for property: Treat the property and amenities with care and respect.
Illegal activities: Any illegal activities, including the use of illegal substances, are strictly prohibited.
